Will it answer the phone?

No. KipDesk answers on your website. It's for the people who would rather type a question than ring, often in the evening, and it sends you their details so you can call them back.

What if someone asks for a price I haven't given it?

It says it doesn't have that information and offers to pass the question to you. You answer once in the dashboard and it uses your answer next time.

I'm on a job all day. How do I see leads?

Every lead is emailed to you straight away, so you see it on your phone. The dashboard keeps them all with the chat, and a weekly report sums up the week.

Does it work on my Wix or WordPress site?

Yes. You paste one line of code, and there are guides for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow and GoDaddy. Not technical? Send the instructions to your web person from the dashboard.
