Can clients book appointments in the chat?

Not yet. Online booking with Google Calendar is coming soon on Pro and Business. Until then, KipDesk takes the client's name, number and the time they'd like, and emails it to you to confirm.

Can it use my price list PDF?

Yes. Upload your price list or treatment menu as a PDF, Word file or text, and it answers from it, copying prices exactly.

What if a client asks something it doesn't know?

It says so, takes their details and asks you. Answer once and it remembers for every client after that.

I don't have a website, just Instagram. Can I use it?

Yes. You get your own chat page with its own link to put in your Instagram bio, Google profile or a QR code at the till.
